Another Carlos VS. Tobias, now with added blades!

This is my attempt at making some sort of background, I will concentrate and work harder on them because I know I have been very slack with settings and scenery.

After about a year of trying to work out how “Carlos” would look like with his hoodie up, I finally came up with a design I liked. The problem was that he it always ended up looking like an assassin’s creed reject. I must admit, assassin’s creed was the original inspiration for why he wears a hoodie in the first place, but I wanted something more fun and streamlined so it could be drawn and replicated in various poses easier.

I always imagined the hoodie to be something he puts on when there is no more time for games and its time to get serious!

Overview of my process, in a nutshell.

One of the many dangers of having a TV in your room hooked up with video games is the danger of having “one quick go before bed”. Hello, My name is Carlos and I am from the Street Fighter generation. Fighting games are specially luring because of their pick up and play nature. Yes, you could be counting sheep and heading to dream land OR you could punish the opposition in a fanciful display of colour and upbeat music to shock all the senses.

I have been playing unhealthy amounts of street fighter IV and Marvel Vs Capcom 3.

In doubt that you can turn the tide of war a win the match? Stand up and shout at the top of your voice “SURE-YOU-CAN!”.

If you don’t get this joke… I am afraid we can no longer be friends. It was nice knowing you.
